Property description
The Hall Cottage sleeps 5 in 3 first floor bedrooms: one double, one twin and one single. The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath, WC and basin. There is a shower room on the ground floor with a WC and basin. The spacious open plan sitting room/dining/kitchen has an open fire and a 42” LCD TV, radio/CD player and one 2 seater and one 3 seater leather sofa. The dining table has seating for 6. The kitchen area includes an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dish washer.
Electricity and oil central heating is included. The first bucket of fuel for the fire is provided, thereafter it is available at £3 per load. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. Bed linen is provided but please bring your own bedding for the cot. Please bring your own towels. Towels can be provided on request for £3 per set of one bath towel + one hand towel. Use of a washing facility is available on request at a charge of £5, which includes drying. There is parking for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome but must not be left alone in the cottage. There is no smoking permitted in the cottage. There is a shop and a pub within one mile.
Book online but don't pay now. You will need to send the deposit to the owner. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Cheques payable to Daniel Gwatkin .
